Got the magic email today indicating 485 approval status for self and spouse. Our details are as below.

485 ND: 04/04/2003
FP1: 05/24/2003
FP2: 11/27/2004

RFE: 02/07/2005
LUD Change: 03/05/2005

LUD change for approval: 03/14/2005

NSC is really doing something once in a while folks.

Did u see the LUD change today when it is approved or before it was approved.

I am trying to understand the funda of LUD does it change as they start to wrok on the case or after they finish .

The message indicated that 485 was approved on March 11th 2005 and an approval notice was sent. The Web site status changed only at 10.30 AM CST today (03/14/2005). Dont know how the LUD concept works actually.

Regarding the RFE request,

The requested Employment verification letter from current employer. During 485, I changed my employment once on EAD.

I'm confused. You said your PD is March 2003 { Labor Date } and your ND for 485 is 04/2003. So you got every thing done in one Month? I guess its typo error. Your Pd might be of 2002.

PD I mean the date on which I filed for Labor or on which the Green Card process started, if it is so:

The date is August 2002.
