Nov'03 485 approved!!!!

GUYS!!!

My 485 is approved!! Just got emails that my 485 got approved!! :) :) :)

But I am still waiting for my wife 485 approval notice! both were applied the same day.
I think the I131's which I applied on 10/19/04 triggered the approval.

All the best to rest of you... These forums have been very helpful.

There goes the theory which was put forward by some on this forum- NSC is only approving PD < Jan 2002.

Your case was a closer shave than mine! Another 2 days and they'd have
put it on the backburner till your PD became current. You have a BIG reason to celebrate!

I hope that starting in January, they move quickly on cases that have been pending for a long time - the ones with PDs in '01 and earlier. Hopefully the current priority dates will also move fast. It is unfair for old cases to have to see newer cases approved, but with the retrogression all set to make life miserable for the newer cases, every new case that gets approved now should qualify for the blessings of the old timers!

you should get your mail today or tomorrow otherwise I think you have to call 800 number or your attorney can do on your behalf....my RFE issued on 13 and I already replied.
 
Thank you all. Yes I was really worried with my PD date since the news of Retro!!

Should I be worried still since my wife 485 is not approved yet?
