Finally my I-485 has been approved. For those that would be interested in tracking cases around my dates, here are the details:
RD 140/485 Aug 22 2003 Vermont
Labor Sub case (Labor approval nov 1998)
FP OCT 8th 2004 (Never saw any LUD update for FP)
140 approved Nov 5th after RFE (Company Ability to Pay). Approval in two weeks after RFE response.
485 LUD change Nov 23rd, Without any message change
485 Approval Dec 7th.
