My 485 got approved today(6,Dec-2004). My wife's application is still pending.

I have been a silent observer for the past few months. I have gotten an awful lot of information from this portal. I would like to thank all of you for that and hope that each one of you gets a speedy approval.

My Details
I-485 (Non-Concurrent) - (RD-04/07/2003 ND-04/10/2003)
FP1 - 05-31-2003
FP2 - 09-22-2004
LUD - 11/9,11/10,11/11
STATUS INQUIRY - PENDING SERVICE CONSIDERATION ALLOW 60 - 90 DAYS
FBI NAME CHECK - BY EMAIL took 6 weeks for response (check was cleared the same day by fbi on May 2003)

My Wife's Details
I-485 - (ND-Nov 2003)
FP1 - 09-22-2004 (Rejected by FBI as Not Classifiable)
FP2 - 10-14-2004 (Checked with FBI and this time it was Classifiable)
FBI NAME CHECK - BY EMAIL took 6 weeks for response (check was cleared the same day by fbi on December 2003)

When did you got letter from USCIS about 60-90 days pending consideration.
What was date?
 
Hi,

Congrats on the approval. Can u tell the date u sent the FBI name check request and the date u received the reply. I have sent on on 12th Oct and havent herad from them as yet.

Congrats!. Mine was approved on 12/03/04 but today again LUD changed to 12/06/04. I am hoping this might have triggered by posting Approval notice, Let me know if this happens to your case also.

Mine case was also approved on 12/03/04 and today when I noticed my LUD was changed to 12/06/04. I don't know what does it mean.
