My 485 was approved on Nov 9th. Thanks to Rajiv Khanna for maintaning this website. This is a very helpful place to share the information useful for hundreds of thousands of us who need it. I always got the answers for my personal and any general questions that I had from the expert members of this site such as jharkandi/joyd/kishore_i/unitednations. I wish good luck to all of us in pursuit of the GC. Below are my case details:

labour applied : 07/18/2002
labour approved : 12/23/2002
I140/485 ND : 04/03/2003
1st FP : May 2003
1st EAD : May 2003
I140 RFE : Apr 2004 (change from EB2 to EB3)
2nd EAD : May 2004
2nd FP : Sep 2004
I140 Approved : Oct 13th 2004
1485 Approved : Nov 9th 2004

Can you please let us know the reason you converted from EB2 to EB3, what was the reason.
Can you please tell in detail, what you did to convert from EB2 to EB3, it is very important for me. Please explain in detail.
