I got my 485 notice today, and it says i need to bring arrival/departure record....I am not sure what that is...Can someone please explain?

It also mentions something about form I-89...Anyone know what kind of form that is?

You need to bring the following to your nearest INS office:

I-94 Arrival Record-the white document you filled up each time you arrived in the USA

EAD Employment Authorization Document (If you have it)

AP Advance Parole Document (If you have it)

2 ADIT Photos (side profiles)

I-89 is the application for the Permanent Resident Card or Greencard, they will fill it up for you at the local INS. You dont have to worry abt it.

Thanks for the info.

I was confused because the notice says to bring arrival/departure record and I-94. I thought I-94 is already the arrival record...and I don't know how to get the departure record besides looking at the stamps in the passport...
