Oooohooo.. I am a Green Card Holder.... I am a Green Card Holder....
Life hai Mera Green card.... :D :D :D :cool: :cool: :D
Today is my day (And my daughter's birthday party). As i was expecting we will get the 485 approved overnight, it happened exactly like that. Mine and my daughter's 485 was approved last night. Received the mails at mid night.

Only change in the 485 LUD was yesterday evening for me and my daughter and my wife got a RFE ( medical most likely - TB test)

So journey is Over for me... now to stamping and Infopass.

Best of Luck to every one here and a Ton of thanks to all friends who shared their information here. I can never forget this forum. Will keep visiting regularly.

You and Vangaru provided good and correct help / info in this forum; Good to hear that you will stick around for a while. :p

From the start to finish how long did it take? (including you labor). Also why did you wait until RFE to send TB results?

I got a sub-labor from my company and applied 140 directly in December 2003 and 485 in Jan 2004, so it took me 1 year to finish my journey. Gets frustating sometimes but overall it is not bad for me.. Thank God for that.

I did not send the TB test without RFE because Lawyer says that sending unsolicited docs. to USCIS is not recommended, they are not efficient in tallying the unsolicited docs. with the proper application.

I am waiting for RFE now.
