485 Approved, what next?

Got the magic email yesterday. Both mine and my wife's case is approved. It doesn't say anything about the card though. So my question is what is the next step. I am not very familiar with the processing. Do i have to go the local office to get my passport stamped? If so what documents do i need to take?
