Job change to GA(Filed AC21).

1st FP: 5/22/2002
Waiting
2nd FP: 08/03/2004 (in GA)
Approval: 08/16/2004 (lawyer got the notice)

she has got her approved notice on 08/20/04...

Why the numbers are mixed instead of processing consecutively?
