EB2 India, ND 01/00, RD 01/00. Received 485 approval this week.
I am currently in India and wants to come back to US this friday. Lawyer told me that AP and EAD are invalid and should enter in US with an original copy of 485, which I have with me.
Also currently not working with the company who sponsered my GC. Lawyer says no problems.. They will not ask for any evidence.
