My Sons are outside the US at the moment to visit his grandparents.
Looks like we will have some trouble to get him back in.

In Jan the applicants I485 got approved, GC sent in April 2006.

My wife and the younger son got approval notification via email in Feb 2006.
No GC so far.
Approval letters got sent but never arrived.
Second son is pending because of name check.

We moved to a new house and sent AR11 and notified the CSC via telephone hotline.
In March we inquired about my Kids status and the new address.
Got an email and letter saying the "cases are pending and we do everything ..."

Several calls at the hotline always led to the same result, both kids cases are pending.

In April I tried Infopass at San Jose to get my youngers son passport stamped. After hours of waiting the officer gave a very short answer. "I can not look up any status or documents on this case because you applied with the California Service center"

Their L2 Visa expires July 2006, and we filed AP for both.

Today we got a letter from USCIS that my younger sons application for AP is denied because he is a lawful permanent resident.

Both Kids travelled to Europe on their own and will come back before their L2 expires.

Will there be any issues at immigration especially with my younger son?
