140 approved sept 22nd.

just got email about 485!! surprise, the email time stamp is 9.30 pm thursday!!! Thanks for working overtime to reduce my pain..

Hey guys, this is the only forum i visited regurarly for past 9-10 months. thanks everybody. especially people who used to offer regular openions on things, like nanshi, unitednations etc. Hopefully my stamping and card saga also goes ok.

It would be helpful if you could post your dates on the 140/485 (RD/ND/any RFEs etc.,)
 
date is Nov26.

no RFE's 1st EAD/AP approvals on jan first week.

2nd EAD applied on sept 23.
140 approved on sept22.
just now i checked email about 485 being approved. :)
 
My friend just got his I485 approved .
ND Jan-07 2003 I-485
I am very happy for him.And, excited to see him excited.
 
congrats however, yours is probably the only concurrently filed eb2 case which has got clear according to the FO memo, do you have any idea what trigerred your approval or do you think they are approving concurrent eb2s starting november 03 ?
 
I dont have an idea, but in aug/september i changed my address to california, I applied for my H1 extension, efiled for EAD renewal. am not sure any of them triggered these thing, cuz the dates for them are spreaad over 2 months including the approvals.
