I have been referring to the posts on this forum on a minute by minute basis, over the last couple of months and learnt a lot, guess I am all set to quit my job after getting my 485 approved, and becoming a Paralegal for Mr.Khanna :)

So friends my wife and I got our 485 approved after all the denials and RFE's - got the approval mail last night, it was a 8 year long journey for me, I now wonder if it was all worth it !!!! :rolleyes:

Wanted to share the news with all you good people, and sincerely wish you all the best, may you all get your approvals soon.

485 - Spouse RFE 6th May, 2005 (Legal Status Proof), RFE response RD 3rd June, 2005, LUD changed everyday - Finally approved 15th June, 2005.

Hi,

My wife went to india last month. I am going to india next week. My wife got an RFE on AP . my 485 was approved Yesterday.

Please advice whether I can go to india and we can come back using our Advanced Parole.

Approved for me in Jun 05
RFE for my wife in Jun 05

We haven't received the RFE notice and Approval notice yet.
