Hi Guys,

I heard avm message yestersay. It says \' This case has been approved on july 16.... bla bla\' ( my wife and my daughter also)

Te details are

PD 08/28/1998
I140 July 2000
I485 RD 09/09/2000 wac 00 263 xxxxx
     ND 13/09/2000
EAD 10/12/2000
AP 10/26/2000
1st FP 01/16/2001
2nd FP 03/13/2001 (1st rejected due to system problem at ACS)

1st (first FP not sent corectly by ACS and rejected by FBI and ACS realised system problem later after I got 2nd FP) and 2nd FP passed on April 23

RFE 05/07/2001 (for W2 and payslips)

Attorney sent reply to RFE and applied Amended I140 on 05/17/2001(Because my comapny has been merged with other company on July 2000).

Received RD for amended I140 05/23( Not approved till though).

Such a long story ha.

Ciba, I am not in your list. Please add my details with my saga in getting my Green card.

I am so happy that I came out of slavary.

Did you send RD of amended 140 and alien number when you Send REF...you think without 140 approval or check you got 485

But you never got an RFE for amended I-140, right?

Only RFE for W-2, payslips.

I received RFE on 4/26 (W-2, paystubs) similar to yours
My RFE reply (simlar to yours) was sent on 5/8/01.
My WAC starts with 99.
The AVM updates for RFE received was 6/21.
Can you provide the details on when your RFE was received by the INS?

My attorney got it on 05/09. replied on 05/10(I faxed copies to attorney and he sent it on same day).

Thanx. I was looking for the date that the AVM message was updated
that indicated that "Received your RFE reply on date XXX and it will
take 999 days...". I was looking for date XXX in your case.
