I just checked the AVM states my case was approved on July 12th 2001
My case was a 245i.
Applied 485 nov 9th
Sent REF May 7th 2001
Message update received REF on June 20th 2001
REF for updated employer letter, W2 and updated sponsor letter

Yes Sir, July 12th I was away from home and returned on Sunday evening decided I should check AVM Monday morning and heard the good news.
How long it takes to get the letter.
Can I go to Westminister anybody gone please update.

Neo, I strongly feel that you or your attorney need to talk with the IIO. I was told when my attorney called INS that it will be atleast a month for me to hear from them (my attorney called INS on 21st June) and I was expecting it around July 21st this month. I got the approval on July 6th, so personally your attroney calling IIO will help this case.

This is after we sent the RFE and it got updated in the system.

I will suggest this to my attorney that they call. But they have not been very helpful in my case. Right now, they require me to go thru my company\'s HR and then the HR dept will relay the request to my lawyer.

I dont remember what I used, my full name is Mahadi Thassim country sri lanka.
Yesterday I received the approval notice for me and my wife by mail.
CIBA, I have read even though in my approval letter it states I need to go to Los Angeles INS center to get my passport stamped, can I go to westminister. If yes can you please give me the address for westminister.
