Yes LUD chaged on on fp2(sep16) LUD changed on sep 25 but message is same(old fp1 received....)

Why they say "card ordered" one day and other day it says "this was approved today, approval notice mails?????. please advise

USCIS does that. Normally card is ordered after PP stamping. Take a info pass appointment. When you did FP2 ?
