Hi All

Me and My wife Gc got approved on 9/3/2004. I changed employer using AC21. Never inform to INS.

I have one question. how many days it will take to receive approval notice.

we are planning to go to india. on 9/14/2004 with AP. Is there any problem?
can I do stamping after comming from India.

Please help me.

NO , you cannot use AP . It takes max 5 days for courtsy copy . wait for one more week and proceed?

Congrats !
It is better atleast that you get your PP stamped and then you can to india as having passport stamped is really enough to prove that you are GC holder and you really don't need the PCard to prove. All you will need is to get Transit Visa incase if you are flying via European countries.
