485 approved: Nov 2003

My 485 is approved.
Couples of things need to mention:
LUD for me never changed from day one. Even after FP nothing happen. Everything started in Nov 03.
After 1 year, 2 months i.e. On March 3 rd some activity occured. LUD changed for my wife. No activity on my case even though I was the primary applicant.
Then they issued the reff for my wife. Reff is about medical vaccination. This is medical reff for missing medical shot. This is because my wife was pregnant when we submitted our application and had not completed all vaccinations.
On saturday i.e 11 th March I received my approval notice by post. Yes by mail ..NO change in my LUD...
Today LUD changed and it's showing 10 th March.
BOTTOM LINE MINE I-485 is APPROVED.
Responded reff for my wife after completing medical vaccination.

IndoKiddo you are right. I received for wife about her reff. But never received email for my approval and received approval notice in mail.

So this means not only do we need to check our status 10 times a day but also wait for the mailman ealgerly ! :)
 
Ulhas, did you get the approval in mail or did your lawyer get it. Did you file the case through a lawyer ?

My I-140/485 had been approved, but my wife's I485 still pending. She didn't finished her medical vaccination, maybe this is why her case is still pending. Can you tell me how and where your wife get her vaccination done. Did you talk to your immigration doctor or lawyer to get the info.? I don't know what type of vaccination needed, would you please give me more info how you get those vaccination done? appriciate it.
