485 Approved never got a notice???????

In the second inquiry I opened I was informed my 485 was approved in Nov 2004 and I should go to the local INS office to get my stamping. I setup an appointment thru infopass and set to go on 04/21. Has this ever happend to anyone? This is totally ridiculous. Any thoughts plzzz

First of Congratulations to u and family on approval.

Few thread did share situation like u are going thorugh.

Usually they send two copies of approval one goes to attorney and one u receive. it seems somehow u both didn't recieve or TSC system never issued notice.

Well whatever its good news that ur case got approval. and I believe God know that there would be some good reason in ur favor for this delay learning.

So be happy and go ahead for PP stamping. :D

It happened to one of my friends (at VSC). He even did not know he was approved 6 months back. He came to know when he applied for EAD renewal. VSC replies that his EAD application was denied because his I-485 was approved 6 months back.
He went to district office with his EAD denial letter and got his pasport stamped.
