I140, EAD, AP, 485 RD: 10/22/03
I140, EAD, AP, 485 ND: 10/23/03
FP: Jan '04
I-140, EAD, AP approved in Jan '04
Applied for 2nd EAD/AP: ND 9/23/04
485 Approved: 10/06/04
485 Approval Notice received: 10/13/04
PP Stamped: 10/14/04 (went without infopass as I had to fly out of the country the next day and after a little hassle was allowed to get my PP stamped in ATL)
Card Rec'd: 10/29/04
2nd EAD/AP were denied because 485 had already been approved.
