Just got 4 e-mails of approval around 5:50 PM today on 16th Sep-04
FP2 - 08/05/04
485 - Notice Date - 01/25/2003
Receipt Date - 12/25/2002
Substitute Labor - I-140 Filed July 2002.
I-140 Approved April 2003.
Job changed in Jan 2004.
Waited till July and then sent the AC21 Letter.
AC21 Letter sent on 07/28/2004 - through attorney, which was on new
company's letterhead.
Same Job Description in the new Job.
Whole Process took July 2002 - Sep 2004.
Good that it's over.

I had sent only the AC21 Letter. The attorney did not ask for anything else.
The letter was on new company's letter head.
But, later after reading some posts, I realized it is advisable to send
Last years W2, Tax return and some recent pay stubs also.
I thought I made a mistake in not sending them and will get a RFE,
fortunately for me it got approved without an RFE.
