This may include letter(s) from current or former employer(s) and must
include the name, address and title of the writer with a specific
description of the duties performed.

2. I-485 RFE
continued maintenance of
status (immigration status) for the period from April 2000 to October
2002. This may include but is not limited to: photocopy (all pages) of
your expired and unexpired passports; photocopy of Form I-797, Approval
Notice, for all extensions and/or change of status; and photocopy
(front and back) of your Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Record.
