Just heard the message last night. IIO is right in saying they are clearing up
cases before Aug 1, 1999. Approval also includes my wife and daughter. My details;
EB3, Country=Others, NJ
PD 7/1/96
RD 4/29/99
ND 5/27/99
FP 3/9/00
No RFE
Called IIO 3 times in the last 4 weeks.
Wrote a direct letter to VSC Director, long shot a lot of intangibles but its worth a try, don\'t know if it
reach him or if he is still the VSC director.
Filled up a form required by NJ congressman to follow up my case, last Sept 13.
I don\'t know if this helps,
But relying on the postings on this board i deduced that our cases are due for a decision.
Thus, I would advise everybody reading this board to
post their experiences so that others can gauge how INS is progressing and also decide
what course of action to take.
I feel your pain, but you don\'t have to take it sitting down, you can do something about it.
Just keep a positive attitude and of course as we all know have a lot of patience and
you will persevere.
I would like to thank God (don\'t underestimate the power of prayer), Mr. Khanna
and everybody who have contributed to this board.
