What should I say Congrats or SFYS( Sorry for your situation)????
She can't come on H4. Your H1-B is DEAD. You have to wait a long time to get her here. The other option is if you can get her here on H1 ( next year starting on OCT 1st 2005 ).

You should talk to your lawyer immediately.

My understanding is that you can't file a dependant's I-485 when the primary's I-485 is already approved.

Ask your lawyer about "Follow to Join" process. Sorry, I don't know anything about it. Good luck.

Anyone know about this?

I don't have detailed info on this, but you might want to check out about the K-3 visa. A fellow countryman of mine got married recently ... and his wife came to USA on a K-3 visa ... and I know he has applied for AOS recently. I am not sure what grounds the K-3 needs ... but he sure had GC for quite a few years before he got married. Good luck!

But K3 applies only for US citizens - not GC holder (unfortunately).
