485 approved from VSC

Hi

My 485 was approved yesterday. I got emails this early morning.

I am not from 4 major countries and used world-wide quota.

here are some important dates

LC PERM filed 06/01/05
LC PERM approved 07/01/05
131/140/485/765 filed 08/05/05
140 approved 11/03/05
485 approved 10/16/06

I got my 2nd EAD in Sep and the new start date is 10/18/06...luckily I will not need it anymore though I paid $180...:)

By the way, my wife is my dependent but her case is not approved yet. Any thought why? How long would we expect to wait for her approval? Any idea is appreciated.

Is her name check cleared?
 
Did you record your LUDs?

LUD for my 485

09/08/05 --> this was after finger print
09/18/06 --> this was after 2nd EAD
10/01/06 --> (I guess) this was after they started processing my case
10/16/06 --> approved.

LUD for my wife's 485
09/08/05 --> finger print
10/01/06 --> (I guess) they started my wife's case?

Same happned with my spouse. I got approved and they got RFE on DOB. I got RFE after approx. 15 days of my approval. We responded and after receipt USCIS approved spouse and son case within 10 days.
