485 approved for RD 02/20/2003 EB3 RIR EAC-03-127-5269X
My 485 application and my wife’s 485 applications are approved (per USCIS email and web status) on 09/03/2004.
Here is our application detail:
LC RIR EB3 filed during September 2nd week 2001
LC approved after NOID response (due to layoffs in our company) during December 3rd week 2002.
140 applied during January 2003 (RD 01/16/2003, AD: 11/07/2003).
485 applied February 2003 (485 for self, 485 / AP / EAD for spouse)
485 RD:02/20/2003 (Web status 3/19/03), 485 ND:04/30/2003
Spouse finished FP during May 2003 and I finished my 1st FP on 08/18/2004
My LUD changed from 3/19/2003 to 08/23/2004 [web status changed from ‘Received your application on 3/19/2003…’ to ‘FP received / Resumed … message’]. Received USCIS emails for this change.
LUD date for both our application started changing most of the days during last week of August 2004 with no emails / message change.
After coming from long week end trip (Thursday to Monday trip to my friend house and visit to Niagara falls Canada side, etc [we live in Boston], read the USCIS email message about 485 approval.
Same job. No RFE on 140 or 485. Changed address during 3rd week of July 2004
