All, I485 petition for my wife was approved on the 4th of Dec.
here are the details of her application
Derivative AOS
Receipt Date:June 26- 2002
Receipt# eac-02-228-3????
INS works really in a funny way i guess.Earlier this year we moved from MA to NC.I did apply for address change and bracing my self for the BCIS not to transfer her case to Texas.
Good thing that ain't happened.I haven't even got any ack. of address change on my file also.
I didn't get my approval to our new address, my attorney forwarded the one he got.and in the approval i found the address of bcis sub district office in charlotte to be visited. And it's been almost 3 weeks i haven't receieved apporval to my new address in NC.And when i visted the BCIS office i found they had my new address.
finally it's all over.
