485 approved finally!
Hi all,
Got both my wife's and my 485 approved on March 10,2005 without RFE
. Here are the details in chronological order by date:
Labor Substitute case EB3 Non-concurrent (PD Aug 2001)
I140 applied Oct 2002
I140 AD Dec 2002
I485 RD/ND March 8, 2003
EAD/AP May 2003
FP1 May 2003
2nd EAD/AP May 2004
FP2 Dec 2004 & wife Jan 2005
3rd EAD RD March 01, 2005
I485 AD March 10, 2005
What would happen to the EAD extension applied? Will it get cancelled automatically or do I need to call CIS to get the refund back?
