Here is another good news that I would like to share with you as I did on DEC 7th which is when my I-140 approved. Though we received an email on 23rd, I did not check my email until tonight, only to my pleasent surprise, that my I-485, along with my spouse's I-485 with out any RFEs, was approved. No LUD change was noticed until yesterday morning. Mine is EB3 category. Please see the beginning of "my I-140 approved on DEC 7th" thread for more details.
