485 Approved; EB-2 PD:12/01, ND:02/04

Wooohooo!!!! I got the magic letters last night when I came home. Before that my LUD changed to 06/03/2005 after being stuck to original message since ND: 02/04. The message did not change and I did not get any email.

The approval letter says don't do anything and wait 60 days for either biometrics schedule letter or the card itself.

Thanks to everyone in this forum even though I have only been a silent lurker these past years.

140, 485 ND - 02/04
FP1 - 05/04
EAD1, AP1 - 05/04
EAD2, AP2 - 02/05
140 AD - 04/05
485 AD - 06/03/05 :D

I assume you did file con-current filing and which county are you from?

You may see the similarities in our cases. I guess, NSC process con-current cases faster than seperate filing cases.
