485 approved. Didn't inform INS...what the consequences

My485 got approved last week. I changed my original employer after 180 days passes but didn't proactively inform INS about the job change.

Are there any consequences for this....or i m fine.

Any inputs are appreciated.

It's been being talked in several threads and it is still in grey area. Somebody said you had to work for sponsor after apporval of the GC since that's employment GC all based on. While others said you might be OK for now and would have problem at the time applying citizenship.
