485 Approved (Dec '03 Filed)

Hello,

Just want to let you all know that my 485 application got approved yesterday. This forum has been of great help and by reading others' approval gave me hope and I thought I would return the favor. The details for my case are below:

140 ND 12/15/03
485 ND 12/15/03
140 AD 03/11/04
485 AD 01/26/05

FP done on 11/02/04

I am in Atlanta and would appreciate if anybody could provide guidance as to what is the next step. I understand that I have to setup an appointment with INFOPASS but am not sure how to do that.

If by priority date you mean the date that INS states that they have received that application then that is what I have listed as ND. If it is not that then please explain what a priority date and I will send that.

Your labor filing date please ?

I have not seen (in recently approved) cases that has a PD (labor filed date) of Jan-2003 and later. I will be surprized if you have one.

Have you filed for your labor in 2001/2002 ?

Labor Certificate Dates

I had filed for my labor on 04/18/03. It was approved by the state and forward to federal on 06/16/03 and was approved on 10/22/03. I hope that covers everything. If there are any additional questions please let me know and I will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge.
