485 approved , But still an issue

Guys ,

My 485 case got approved more than a month and a half now.

But in my spouse case , still not approved
Since I m the primary applicant I expected my self and spouse case should get approved almost during the same time .

Aparently that is not the case ,
in fact there is no progress in my spouse case


Guys , Does anyone had similar issues ????

Did you all file yours and your spouses 485 at the same time . I have already applied for my 485 and I just got married. I am now applying for my wife's 485. I am wondering what the implications will be.

It is reasonably likely that your case gets transferred to local INS.

You should be fine. Most probably your spouses file has been detached from yours or assigned to another officer.
