485 approved but card not received even after 75 days

Dear Gurus et al

My 485 was approved on 09/21 but I have not received the card yet. I have talked to USCIS twice, on the 30th and 60th day. No progress

On the same date my spouse's 485 was approved and she got the card within a week.

FP Code 3 already done

I got the stamping in my passport

The case was processed by TSC and I am coming under EB1

Any info on this situation is truly appreciated

What did they tell you when you talked to USCIS?

Approach Congressman/Senator. They can definitely help you in matters like this. Usually it happens pretty quick ( from postings in other threads).

On both of my calls with USCIS, I got a ticket number for future tracking. They say it is normal that some cases might get delayed even up to 90 days

I am checking in this forum to see if there are any other persons who ran into the same situation
