Chat User : I got my I-485 approved even before I could send back the RFE response. What should I do now?
Attorney Murthy : It appears that the USCIS approved the case without the additional evidence, partially at least possibly due to the revocation of the Yates Memo on RFEs just released on February 16, 2005.
Make me wonder if these guys even check the resposes to RFE. Perhaps the contractors at NSC are payed per RFE issued?
