485 Approved - Aug, 2003 !!!

Hi, I got two approval emails this morning stating 485 has been approved. The LUD was updated for the first time on approval date - Jan05, 2005, since I had applied 485 in August, 2003.

I wanted to thank everyone for support, and posting excellent set of invaluable information on this portal. Also, thanks to hosts of this site!

I don't think there will be anything to do with the sub labor PD since the labor was filed in EB2 category and EB2 is current.

Congrats.....I think youre the first to get approved for the new year in Vermont on this forum...All the best ..

Congrats ! I had not seen a Aug 03 approval for quite some time. You have the same ND as me and I did my FP on 10/05/04. Some reason for hope for me.

485 ND: 08/20/03

Thanks everyone for your wishes! I am sure yours is also round the corner, its just matter of time.

Shakti, my original labor date was Nov, 2000. Subsituted Labor was filed in Feb, 2003.

In case U already do not have AP why dont you apply for it. It may get the ball rolling.
