I called VSC AVM today and learned that my I-485 was approved on March 9 (last Friday), and I am expecting to get the approval notice in 14 days. My 485 application was sent out Sep. 99, FP was done August,00, REF (Employment letter) was requested by INS on Jan.17. REF was received and recorded by INS on Jan.31.
I applyed through EB2 (NIW) and I-140 application was sent out Jan.99 and was approved in Aug.99. I am from China.
Here are few questions.
1. My wife\'s AVM message is still the same. Is it going to change?
2. after filing 485, my family moved from Boston to Phoenix, Arizona. I have changed my address after the move. VSC still sent letters to the old address in Boston (my old landlord forward the letter to me each time). What Can I do in order to do the passport stamping in Arizona instead of Boston? Your help is greatly appreciated.
