485 approved after medical RFE....FYI

Hi all,
My wife's 485 got approved yesterday after medical RFE. Our Lawyer send the RFE through FEDEX and it reached imm office 6th Dec, Officer akcnowledged it on Dec7th and approved it on Dec 8.

And I want u thank all for helping through this journey.

has you wife status changed since she applied for 485,till it was approved.I mean did she started using her EAD et.,

Just trying to figure out if that has any effect on the approval,my wife Medical RFE is replied 2months back and no approval so far,mine is approved.She sharted workign on her EAD,while she was on H4 when she actually applied for 485,just wondering if that is the cause for the delay.

willbethere1, my wife didn't use her EAD, so no change in LUD other than when i changed my address..
