485 Approved,140 Still Pending ??????

In the interview,the officer told me that 140 is not approved yet and asked me to wait till 140 gets approved.
Immi offoicer conducted the interview and approved the 485.
He has commented why the TSC has transfered 485 application to dist off with out approving 140.He also admited that to reduce work load on TSC,they moved my 485 application to dallas office.
Now I am waiting for 140.
My employer spoke to Imm Supervisor at TSC and she said the 140 will move to DDO office.
When TSC will transfer 140 to DDO and how long DDO to process140 is out of my control.
So waiting is going on !!!!!!!!!!!.

My 140 does not show approved but my 140 was approved.

The interviewing officer did not stamp my passport and asked me to wait still i get my 140 approved.
When my employer enquired (employer talked to TSC super on Feb 28 05)about the pending 140,TSC supervisor told her that on 03/01/05 Dallas Dist Office requested my 140 application and TSC supervisor could not make any changes until the case has been processed by DDO.
With the above wording I am assuming that 140 application will also get transfer to DDO.But till now there is no LUD change on my 140 application.
I have foll quest:
1.Who will get the 140 transfer letter ???
2.Will the DDO can process the 140 application ?????
3.How much time will it take to transfer case to DDO ????
4.How many days will DDO take to process 140 and how can I track that.
