485 approved / 140 still pending

Guys,

Hold on... I think, there are still place for dreams on this earth.

Concurrent 140 / 485 / EB3 / VSC / RD : July Last Week 2004.

Got Early FP Notice / FP done on NOV. 20.

485 approved on Dec : 15 / 2004.

Now the bad news / No information on 140 yet: No LUD change / No online message change / Nothing.
140 still says / it will take 95 , 485 days to process it.

Attorney's / Experienced guys / Can you please tell me, what should I do now? Should I wait for 140 approval for PP stamping ?

Or is it something, because, it is real concurrent adjudication ? So, I don't have to wait or worry about 140 now, And I can go for PP stamping...

Any ideas / help please....
 
Hopefully your I-140 LUD will change within 2-3 days ...NO NEED TO WORRY ...

Looks like a mistake. If USCIS realizes that it was a mistake they will pull off the approval on 485. It would be safe to call the USCIS number and find out. Try getting in touch with a officer somehow since the frontline staff will try to throw you off by reading the status from website. Tell them whole story and if you are Lucky your 140 may already be approved.
