I am Chinese and I submitted my 140 and 485 in Nov 2007, EB1B, TSC. FP done on Dec 2007. Yesterday I got two emails from USCIS saying card production ordered for me and my husband. When I checked uscis.gov, I found both 485 status becomes card production ordered, but 140 is pending, but also got updated yesterday. And this morning I got another two exactly same emails from USCIS saying card production ordered. And 140 and 485 got updated this morning, but 140 is still pending. Have anyone had such experience before?
And becuase my case is only 3 month old, I am suspecting that USCIS system has some problems. 3 month is too short for Chinese applicants, I guess. Is USCIS error possible?
And how long will we get cards after getting such card production ordered updates? When can 140 be approved? Thanks for sharing experience.
