Looking at trends it looks like we will soon be in a situation when normal 485 approvals will take between 18-24 months to get approved...
... But I cannot understand one thing that INS can process an AP/EAD application in 3-6 months why does it have to take more than a year to approve a 485 application...Do they have to lift weights to approve an I485 application...
