485 approvals around WAC-04-255-xx ??

Hi, I'm new to this forum(one of my friends highly recommended this).

I'm wondering if there are folks on this forum (or alternatively, if you know of any1) who've received 485 approvals near WAC-04-255-xxxxx.

My PriorityDate : Jun 12, 2001.
LC approved : July 2004.
140+485 concurrently filed.
485 RD : Sep 23 2004.
FP RD : Oct 20 2004.
140 approved : March 2005.

Ofcourse, the frustrating fact is that the 485 status on the uscis website says Apr 05. There's been absolutely no case status update.

Can i open an enquiry or is it worthwhile waiting a bit longer ? Can someone please let me know if people around the Sept 04 RD are seeing approvals ?

I'm also in the same boat. My lawyer sent inquery about one monthe ago to INS but haven't heard anything yet.

WAC-04-254-xx

I just heard about an Oct 04 485 RD, already with a card now.

guess, will just have to continue this godforsaken wait :(

Hello,

I received email reply from Division XII about my 485 status. I had sent out the email June 29, 2005 and received email reply today!!!

Below is the reply from Division XII:

This is to inform you that the I-485 in question is still pending. The
reason
that it is still pending is that USCIS is awaiting NAME CHECK results
form
the
FBI. It may have been a long time since we sent the name, but USCIS has
no
control of the time it takes. We apologize for the delay
