Both my wife and I got the letter the same day and attorney confirmed for recept of original notice.

I wish all people waiting for approval good luck and be just a little patient.

on the letter it says 4/20/01, I just got letter, finger prints in Santa Ana on 3/7/01 (the date on the appointment letter)

CSC is moving fast now.

I checked AVM it says case transferred to local Ins office in San jose on 04/24/2001 - CSC
RD 12/19/00
ND 01/10/01
AP received 02/01
fp 03/23/01
I dont know how long this process is going to take. I am disappointed. I dont know when they will schedule my interview

MY CASE NO RFE BUT THE CASE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO SAN JOSE OFFICE. i HAVE NOT CLUE AS TO WHY THIS HAS BEEN DONE. i DONT KNOW WHEN WILL I BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW. I AM WORRIED
