Has anybody submitted his/her I-485 in EB1 to NSC in/after first week of October 2006 and got approval on I485?
Thanks

I am sure there are many who have got approval...

but i am also not one of them.....

EB1-OR-india .... my spouse (primary candidate) got RFE for TB skin test....which we submitted like two months back....have not heard anything yet......(we are assuming that my spouse namecheck is done....because they came back to her file after 5 months)

mine i think still stuck in name-check

can you update about you?

Now all chaose. I knew this is goin to happen. Agin unlucky.
In last months processing times it was Sept 11 2006 and then the news came that PD has moved forward by more than year same day I thought now all 485 dates will move back.
Now god knows how things will go. It can take anything. It will creat number of RFE's for FP, PASSPORT extention, Medical is expired do it again and so on.

Right, I just noticed that the 485 processing time moves back a month. So sad.

My 485 ND is 10/24/2006. Nothing happened except a LUD on 01/02/2007. I knew that the jump of VB priority date will eventually affect the 485 processing time, but did not expect it to be so soon because these guys cannot submit their 485 until June. Hope some progress in the 485 processing time next month.

I believe there are thousands of I-485 submitted before retro started. That means those ppl are already in line.
There might be few who were waiting to get their I-40/LC clear but not too many. My guess most of them have already submitted I-485 and then just stuck into retro.
Some EB1 ppl were lucky to get their I-485 clear before this massive movement of PD.
Problem is because of keeping pending I-485, applicants FP, medical and number of things get expire and creat more waiting. In medical if TB test was positive then do it agin second time all nonsense.
USCIS makes all well educated ppl full very easily.
I hate lawyers they really do not do anything. By massive movement they might be happy but the problem is more worst now.
I-140 is much easier we all the controll to make case really strong and one can do pp and can get it pass faster. But this I-485 is a black hole. No one can do anything but to wait.
