My priority date is current (since 3-4 months) under EB2 category, I dont have AP, I am working on H1B and I have valid stamping until 2009. I did not use my EAD at all. Is it safe to travel outside US now? If my 485 gets approved when I am outside the country, I think my H1B gets cancelled automatically. In that case, how to enter US? I appreciate if anyone can share their experiences and suggestions.
