485 Approval while abroad???

Does anyone know what are the implications of my 485 (god willing) gets approved...while i am abroad. I travel frequently to Europe for business and curious to understand whether there will be any issues if my 485 gets approved. Does it mean my AP will be invalidated? Is my H1 stamp invalidated as well?

Any opinions will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, you can come back to US with your AP. One of my friends had this experience in the summer of 2005. Her husband was at abroad at that time when their I-485s were approved, and he came back with AP. Of course, you can ask your family to fax you a copy of the approval in case you need.
