My self petitioned EB1 was approved last week by NSC. I am placing the application for 485 together with the help of my attorney.
The USCIS website is currently processing September 11, 2006 petitions for NSC. This means that I should expect 485 approval in 8 months (since my application is current since it is a self petitioned EB1 ).
Is this correct?
Any problems anticipated by the gurus here? Any words of wisdom?
