485 Approval Pending Since Oct 2000---Anybody with prior date--

I was wondering if somebody else is in this boat.

ND Oct 2000
Employment based
I-140 approved 1999
1st FP Dec 2000
Second FP Jan 2003

No updates in the Online status.

Called IIO multiple times.
Response. "we'll send an email to the agent...bla bla...
"we are only processing Nov 2000 case.. bla bla...
" Your case is only one month older...
Message is default 990-999 deal..


Should I call them again called once every month since Dec last year. My lawyer says dont call them much. I am really pissed dudes!.
Any pionters...
Anybody with similar experince.
What is the earliest ND somebody has on this forum.
what questions do they ask if they call for interview.
Last activity...2nd set of my finger prints were updated on
Jan 23, 200000003.
Any insight will be appreciated from anybody, espacially from the Gurus

Dude call them once a month and usually by your third month they have to give ou a reply. I was in same boat RD 01/00. Got my GC about 4 months ago after my third call
