485 Approval Finally!!!

Hi folks:

I just got approval for my I485!!! RD 8/99, ND 8/99, FP 6/00 and RFE sent 10/13. the message says I was approved at 10/24. Still waiting for the paperwork though.

This has been a very very long wait and felt like a total slavery. I am somewhat relieved, and ready for my next step in my life. But, until I get the card, I won\'t be completely free.

Anyway, for those who are waiting, hang in there. I think INS is trying to finish September 99 cases. This discussion board was great, I shared my ups and downs. Good luck to everyone!!!

RD 8/9/99, ND 8/26/99, FP 6/22/00. I received the RFE around end of September and we sent it on October 13. So it was 11 days to approve after that point. Country is Other, not India or China.

They asked for 99 tax return, updated bio sheet and 3 most recent earnings statement copies for RFE.
